Part-Time Content Creator (Contract Role)

We’re looking for a part-time content creator to help us capture, create, and distribute content that reaches more people — without everything relying on the owner being on the gym floor.

The Role (At a Glance)

Title: Content Creator (Contractor)
Hours: ~8–12 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (in-gym + remote)
Contract Type: Independent contractor (initial 3-month trial)

This role exists to help grow our brand’s social media presence, while keeping the brand raw, real, and unmistakably HIIT Co.
You’ll be responsible for:

• Capturing content in the gym

• Editing short-form videos

• Posting and scheduling content

• Generating content ideas

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Day to Day)

In-gym (a few hours per week):

• Filming workouts, coaching moments, member wins, behind-the-scenes

• Capturing B-roll, atmosphere, reactions, energy

• Working alongside staff without disrupting sessions

• Filming skits and educational

Remote (most of the role):

• Editing Reels / short-form video (Instagram-first)

• Writing captions that sound human, not corporate

• Posting content and managing basic scheduling

• Bringing creative ideas to the table (hooks, formats, trends)

You will not be micromanaged.
You will be expected to take ownership.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

After 90 days, success looks like:

• Our pages are growing again

• Content feels on-brand, raw, and real

• Our reach is increase and reaching more local people

• You understand our voice well enough to create without constant feedback
