A 12-week coached fitness program for people ready to stop starting over and rebuild their fitness routine properly.

But for most people, four weeks isn’t long enough to build real routine, confidence, and momentum.

If you miss a week during a 4-week challenge, it can feel like you’ve failed.

But 12 weeks gives you room for real life.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is to keep showing up.

What is 12 Weeks 2 Fit?

12 Weeks 2 Fit is a structured 12-week fitness program at HIIT Co. in Ferrymead. You’ll train in coached 30-minute sessions combining:

🥊Boxing
💪Strength training
🥵High-intensity training

Every workout is coached and scalable, so you don’t need to be fit to start.

What happens over the 12 weeks?

Weeks 1 & 2 is your “Kickstart” to get you up and running. You’ll complete your intro workout and goal setting induction with one of your trainers.

Week 3 onwards this is where the rubber meets the road. After your 6th workout you'll be invited to a 1:1 nutrition call with Hayden (club owner), to elevate and dial in your nutrition knowledge to fast track your results.

Over the 12 weeks you’ll have weekly check-ins, nutrition support and expert training.
