At HIIT CO, fitness is simple and flexible. No bookings, no class times, just walk in, and get started. No booking required. Our full-body workouts combine strength, cardio, and boxing for a high-intensity, 35 minute workout.
You're never on your own. Our coaches support you every step of the way. And with a motivating community keeps you moving. Whether you're new to fitness or experienced, you'll train hard, based on your fitness level.
THIS IS HOW OUR WORKOUTS ARE STRUCTURED.
10 Stations | 3 Minutes on each station | Train with experienced trainers every workout
Station 1 | Warm up
Get your body in motion with powerful dynamic movements designed to wake up your muscles and elevate your heart rate. Get your body READY for the real work.
Station 2 & 3 | LIFT
This is where we’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and landmine exercises to BOOST your full body strength and muscle mass.
Station 4, 7 & 9 | Sweat
Now your body is ready, we’re going to PUSH you with our HIIT (High intensity interval training) using Battle Ropes, Sleds, Assault Bikes and Rowers. This will make you the fittest you’ve ever been.
Station 5 & 6 | Box
GLOVE UP! Boxing is the best Full-Body conditioning. If you’re a beginner or have years of experience, our trainers will tailor these stations to your ability.
Station 10 | Core
It wouldn’t be a full-body workout without improve your overall core strength and core stability needed for well rounded fitness.
